Mackay Auto-Tech provides a warranty on all standard services and repairs for up to 10,000 kilometres or for a period no longer than six (6) months, whichever comes first. To claim your warranty, you must contact our office regarding your claim prior to any work being conducted on your vehicle.

Please note:

• This warranty is limited to the rectification of any fault arising from a standard service or repair.
• The warranty does not cover any other costs, consequential losses, damages or loss of profits.
• Where the work done on your vehicle involves the supply of parts or services from a manufacturer or other service provider, our warranty is limited to the maximum period allowed by these businesses for their parts or services.
• Any outside interference with the work conducted by Mackay Auto-Tech may void your warranty.
